In the Hallmark Hall Of Fame movie, Decoration Day (VII), the central character Judge Albert Sidney, has retired from the bench and pretty much from life itself, when he is asked to help his boyhood friend Gee Penniwell who's refusing the government's belated attempt to award him with the medal of honor.  In the judge's attempt to to delve deeper into the mystery, he is confronted by both Gee's bitterness about the World War II and his own silent war he and the black man have fought for over thirty years.  As Albert Sidney and Gee are forced to confront their own personal ghosts from the past they will discover the meaning of friendship and together will find the power of foregiveness in this classic story of courage nad love:  Note: the cover depicted in the VHS tape image may differ from current inventory. Starring James Garner, Judith Ivey and Bill Cobbs among others.  Full screen in color.  Released in 1999.  Runtime 99 minutes.
